Every close is a life changed.
I don’t sell services. I induce transformation. Every BOOM in Slack ends with the same words — “+1 lives changed, grateful.”
Creative financing is care.
When eight lenders say no, most closers walk. I map the path — Climb, Eaze, AMEX, international transfers, split structures. The deal has to work for them.
Follow up until it closes or dies.
Two months. Six touchpoints. Financing rejected three times. The “no” was never final — it was an incomplete yes.
Close the call. Own the outcome.

The Situation

Client arrived in the middle of a contested divorce. Liquid net worth hovering around $15k. Every major lender — Climb, Eaze, Ascent, Sallie Mae — auto-declined. On paper, an impossible deal.

What I Did

Split the $45k contract across four financing sources: a reduced Climb advance, an AMEX deposit, a personal loan against a paid-off asset, and a structured international transfer from family abroad. Three weeks of coordination. Seven follow-up calls.

The Close

$35k cash collected on a $45k contract. Zero defaults. The client is mid-programme and has referred two additional students to the firm.

The Setup

Black Friday weekend. Fourteen warm leads from the Q3 follow-up queue. The decision: I’m not sleeping until the list is cleared.

The Execution

Stacked calls from 7am GMT. A different financing structure on almost every deal — Climb paid-in-full, AMEX splits, twenty-four-month terms. Contract values between $15k and $25k.

The Result

Eight closes. Approximately $46k cash collected in a single twenty-four-hour window. Team-wide recognition. The record still stands.

The Situation

Laid off fourteen days before the call. Severance covering two months of living. Four children. One income.

The Reframe

Forty-five minutes spent on the “why.” What changes in her children’s life if she lands the next role at 1.6× her previous salary? What is the cost of not moving?

The Close

$10k paid in full on the first call — severance plus a short AMEX bridge. Placed in a DE role eleven weeks later at a 2× salary multiple. Life, rewritten.
